It is bigger and slightly slower than most, but it is extremely accurate. You can store 1,000 readings, do trends, averages, log on your carb amounts, view graphs, etc. Want to know your average for the breakfast bg's for the last 30 days? Or the last 14? I was given a Precision QID pen and wondered the same thing. Have heard LOTS
