I need to be taken off the list please! Im going on a mission trip with my
youth group for 2 weeks to Canada! We will be teaching Bible class to
children on an indian reservation!! I will be getting too much e-mail while
i am gone though! i promise i will subscribe again,

Breakthrough could lead to new treatments
Scientists have shown for the first time that
cells in bone marrow are capable of turning
into kidney cells.
The breakthrough could lead to new ways to
treat kidney damage caused by cancer and
other diseases.
It could also mean that doctors may eventually
be able to restore function to patients suffering from kidney failure, and may
pave the way to new gene therapy for kidney diseases.

I got the following post (with attachment) twice this a.m. and have learned it
contains a virus. I did not open it - straight to the delete file. It was also
sent to another pumpers group, therefore, the warning.

Good morning All,
It’s so nice to see so much support and suggestions for
making my daughters life easier and better. The time you all take to
post makes me feel better too.
We’re still adjusting her basal rates trying to get
everything evened out. I finally took her to camp today. She needs to
do kid things. Anyway , I spoke with the nurse and her counselors
about limiting her activity [just running around camp on the hottest
day of the summer is enough for now ]and said I would be back at
lunch and again to drive her home at the end of the day.Then I had
some errands to do I got home and there was a frantic message from
the camp nurse. I was to call her right away because an alarm on the
pump was going off and she[the nurse ] was totally freaked out.This
aparently started about 20 minutes after I left the camp!
Well my child being just so smart, with all of these
