Hello,

I recently purchased a book at Borders that is small which make it
conventient to carry with me, it fits in my bag with all of the extra pump
stuff and my meter. It is called "The Doctor's Pocket Calorie, Fat and
Carbohydrate counter" It also has several listing for 80 some fast food
restaurants. I showed this to my dietician and she said it looks like most
of the information is accurate. I use this book all of the time! Good
luck, Chera

Nutrition in the Fast Lane is put out by Eli Lilly & Co. On the inside of mine,
it says there is an expanded version with 1,000 menu items covering 26
nationwide fast food restaurants. The expanded version can be bought from the
publisher and costs $5.00
The phone number is 1 -800- 634-1993
Their fax is 1 -317- 634- 8558
Franklin Publishing Incorportated
310 North Alabama Street, Suite 110
Indianapolis, Indiana 46204

I got my condensed copy from the hospital. You can probably ask your CDE,
Nutrionist, or call Lilly Co and request one.
