remember Dr. Joe and the diabeteswell.com web site?
he posted the information regarding the research that’s going on regarding
the cardiovascular damage related to high triglycerides and cholesterol.
Research is finding that the combo of l-arginine and c, e, etc. helps to
abate some of that damage. And as a benefit, improves circulation and helps
with those wonderful leg cramps. You can go to the site if it’s still up and
look at his e-news…..J:)))

PS: I know you can get the vitamins at a regular drugstore but wasnt sure
of
the other thing. Also what does IU mean? >>
health food stores are a good source for l-arginine, all the rest from
regular store…get the store brand.
IU means international unit….J:)

International Units (or Indiana Univ.)

Are diabetics more prone to leg cramps? Ive noticed several of you all
