New pump I think
I am having a lot of trouble with my disentronic h-tron plus batteries.
They are failing and then they are not easy to get, I have to go through my
mail order pump supplier to get my insurance to pay for them.
This made me look into the Animas pump. The person at Animas has taken the
ball and run with it. They contacted me, sent me information, notified my
Dr. and are helping him draft the letter to my insurance carrier to get the
OK. I was floored by all this action.
So I guess I am getting an Animas pump if the insurance Gods are nice. This
is wonderful!

Hi Catie: Call disetronic 800# and they will send you new ones until you get
your new pump…..I’m having the same problems for the last 4

I called yesterday, and they are on their way. I wonder what is up with these
batteries. I have had a whole year with no problems but now I am having SOOO
many failures.

I haven’t experienced any other sets, so I really can’t give any
advise there!! Sorry!! I use the Comfort Set.
