When to test
I am really confused. When it says to test an hour after you eat, does that
mean an hour after the start of a meal or an hour after the end of a meal?
I have had a gastric by pass and it takes me a while to finish a meal.

If you’ve has a gastric bypass, best to check 1 hour after you have finished
eating. It takes your body a little time to metabolize unless you’ve eaten
simple carbs….Joan:))
