I just got on and this may have been addressed amongst my other 49 e-mails,
but Mary, what do you call a *failure*? Lack of perfection is not your fault,
and a range of 80-140 is very acceptable.

> My husband suggested we get the medical world to work on a "reset" button
for our bodies. It would set us back to our original "default" settings.

Hi, Catie, I'm emphasizing to what you're saying to a large extent. I'd liketo
be able to whine but unfortunately nobody listens. I'm trying hard but I'm a
total failure at maintaining my glucose numbers. On the other hand I"m 65 and
I look at people without diabetes and they're having more problems than I am. I
have no idea what the answer is, all I know is that we have to keep trying .
Good luck.

<< I tried to tell my hubby how I was feeling, that the things that come up
with my help and not temporary but things I will have to live with forever.
I don't usually whine like this but I am tired of being the one that has to
be "careful" or watch what I do. I want a good body that just keeps going
without all this nonsense. <sigh>

Ok so I don't get that and I will do what I have to do to take care of this
new issue, but I am tired of it.

Catie,
I so know how you feel. I hope the doc is able to help you feel better.
There are so many good medications to help with angina. Once you feel
better physically, I'm sure you'll feel better emotionally. Hang in
there... It's better than the alternative! LOL Love ya, Jeana Ü

Catie,
Hang in there and take care of yourself! It can be very frustrating at times,
I know it seems like we have so much to deal with and think about with our
health!! But it is stuff that we can take care of, I know how you feel! It is
good to vent and let it out!! I hope that everything works out at the doctors
today!!!

Catie,

You know, after 50 years and 18% kidney function, 10 diff. Rx's, EPO shots
weekly, extremely tired, etc. I FEEL THE SAME WAY. I do think sometimes the
air pressure outside can get us down. It is a fact that retailers dread all
the customers on days of low (or high??) air pressure because of the affect it
has on people in general. I think we have to admit our toleration points are
better at some times than others. I'm ready for spring - it was 38°F here
yesterday (north-central Indiana) - last week it was 80°F!

100 years from now it won't make any difference. ;)
