And I must admit that my (just done) HA1C of 6.4 probably
reflects a good number of low BS's balancing out the highs.
We need to try and sqeeze the upper and lower limits as
close as possible to really achieve &#34;normal&#34; control. I am
aiming for a range of 80-160 as my ideal.

225 will average out to 150 (7% A1c). Steady 150 will also average out = 7%.
