I was going through the archives to see what I’m missing as all the egroups
messages are not coming to me. Spotted the above. Chrissy is on another list
with me where I am *sometimes* dr. Jan - it can’t be capitalized cuz I am not
a real dr., as well as I’m not a real psychologist so I’m also known as
psych-O Jan, and Boc which is short for Boctor (that’s Witchdoctor spelled
with a B), etc. I did reply to the frozen shoulder Q but I didn’t see it come
through. I sent ANOTHER post complaining to egroups of their non-delivery of
messages. They are all sporadic. Some I see the reply and if the original
message is attached, I see what I missed so check the archives. We’ve had a
couple others on another list who are having the same problems.

About 6 yrs ago my kidney function was at 35%. I told my endo I wanted a
referral to a nephrologist. He looked a little hurt that I didn’t trust him
but I reminded him of the fellow who went to him and had to have his leg
amputated up to his knee, later to his thigh, then died. Dr. said, "I wish he
had come to me sooner." I said I didn’t want a neph to say that about me. My
function is now at 18% but I’m *MAD* that I just found out 1.5 yrs ago that
there is such a thing as carb-countin; I didn’t need to run in the 300s
everytime after a site change; that BGs are NOT for info only, you DO
something with the results. I have found out these things only since getting
on the ‘net.
