Pumpkin Pie recipe

Tomorrow is Canadian Thanksgiving. If anyone is interested, here is a recipe
I like:

SUGARLESS PUMPKIN PIE

3 eggs, slightly beaten with
1 Tbsp. flour
1 can (29 oz) Solid Pack Pumpkin
30-36 packets Sweet ‘n Low (equal to 1 1/2C sugar)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
2 cans (12 oz ea) Evaporated SKIM Milk
3 9" unbaked pie shells (frozen)

Preheat oven to 425° (including cookie sheet)
Combine filling ingredients in order given. Pour 2 cups filling in slightly
thawed shells. Bake two pies first on sheet 10 min. Then reduce heat to 350
for 40 minutes. Pies test done when a knife inserted in center comes out
clean. Bake 3rd pie the same.

1/6 pie = approx. 180 calories per slice.
Filling = (slice) 70 calories 1/2 nonfat milk exchange, 1/2 bread exchange

Crust slice = (slice) 110 calories 1 bread exchange, 1/2 fat exchange
