Good to hear from all
I have been getting alot of replies to my postings, and things that are said
are positive encouragement.
BG’s still a bit out of whack, but I do not think it is anything to really do
with the infusion set. I couldn’t ask for it to be any more comfortable.
I am finding that Anything out of the ordinary seems to raise my sugar. I
just started a new job at a different school and I have been working
basically from 7 AM until about 9 or 10 at night. That is providing a lot of
stress. Although I feel very comfortable with the pump decision, it is not
helping the stress level.

Stress is one of the major factors in causing high Bg’s.
When I was first getting used to multiple injections, I noted often that
stress (anger?) often caused Bg’s to skyrocket without explanation.
Also, in the early days (20 years ago) I associated stress directly with
retinopathy occurrences; that problem has been gone for 20 years as well;
all due to tight control.
