A few Suggestions
I needed to make a few simple suggestions to everyone in the group so we can
keep it a success.
When Replying to messages in the group Please only forward the relevant part
of the message you are replying to.
It becomes very confusing to all the members when you are replying and
people forward all the copies of the previous message.
Also, please set your mail system to append the quoted message after the
response, not before. I find myself constantly paging down through pages
of replies to find the response.
A few simple steps will make the group a lot easier for everyone. Thank you
for your help.
Also if we can avoid using html text lets try to stick to plain text format
whenever it is possible.

Jan it is fine, I did not want to make it sound like a hard fast rule.
Just sometimes we get a message that was replied to 6 times already
and it starts to become pretty confusing. It is just designed to make
the club a little more user friendly.
Please don’t be sorry for anything, everyone enjoys all your post. It
is okay to leave the whole post but when a message is replied to 7
times the body just gets bigger and bigger. =)

A comment on this request:
It is easy to just excerpt the part of the message that you are responding
to, before you send the reply. All the email editors have this capability;
just select the text you don’t want and click delete. Then only the
relevant stuff it left. I did this here, as an example….
