site change time

Usually in the evening. But last night I changed it and went right to
bed, didn’t check at ALL during the night, and boy do I feel good this
morning. (Sugar was 279, but I bolused to bring it down and am waiting
to see if it works.)

Actually, I’ll wait to send this until I see how it works — more to come.

(after three-hour meeting and a 145 reading)

Okay, it worked great! Maybe the answer to "courting death vs. getting
no sleep" is "go ahead and court death; ketones won’t kill you over an
eight-hour period."
