I just printed this out and will take it for my nephrologist's approval on
4/17. Thanks.
For about 16 years I took 300 mg. B6 a day - now have 100 for about 2 years.

Hi Jan:
I don't think it's just the mug....something else is going in and if you have
severe muscle weakness and pain, you should be evaluated by a neurologist
that understands the impact of diabetes on our lives. Other thing is try Dr.
Joe's antioxidant goodies: Vit. C 1000 mg. 2x/day; L-Arginine (amino acid)
1000 mg 2x/day; Vitamin E 400 IU 2x/day; and Aspirin 81 mg. 2x/day. I've
been using this combo for about 6 months, and with MY legs, believe me, after
1 week, what a difference!!! Ginger - 500 mg. 1x/day gradually increase to
2/day (blood thinner); folic acid 5mg. / day (anemia); Vit B-6 100 mg /day
(anemia); selenium 200 mcg/day (heart and breast protection). Feel
better...Joan:)
