Type 2 meds
I was told that the diabetes pills for Type 2s eventually eat the pancreas
causing the demand for insulin injections. Is this common knowledge and I
missed it?

Different pills do different things, some act on the Pancreas some work on
the cells. As near as I can figure anyway.

Hi Jan:
the beta cells are forced to manufacture insulin…there isn’t as much
control over that process and the cells can eventually fail….like
mine……we’re finding out newer information every day….check out E-news @
diabetes.well….very good and helpful resource….Joan:)
