7-Layer Ribbon Dessert

This is an excellent recipe (and delicious) for a crowd = Holiday meals

7-LAYER RIBBON DESSERT
Yield: 20 1/2-cup servings (16 calories) Considered a Free Food to have 1-2
per day.

Allow 30-45 minutes for each layer to set, in a 9"X13" CLEAR glass dish.
CLEAR LAYERS of Jell-O:
Triple Berry
Lime
Orange
Raspberry

CREAMY LAYERS of Jell-O
Cherry

Lemon
Strawberry

For the 4 CLEAR layers, mix
1 - package sugar-free gelatin dissolved in
3/4 - cup boiling water, then add
3/4 - cup cold water

For the # CREAMY layers, mix
1 - package sugar-free gelatin dissolved in
1/2 - cup boiling water, then addd
1/2 - cup cold water
1/2 - cup Carnation Evaporated Skim Milk

Mix one layer at a time, alternating clear and creamy. BE SURE to let set
before adding next layer. Cut into 20 squares. Serve on lettuce leaf. Top with 2
TBS FREE Cool Whip.

If you’re really creative, let set in 20 clear parfait glasses — tilted as
each layer sets, ending with last layer in upright position.
