works great
Hello all,
Thank you for your past help. Zack has been pumping for about two
weeks now and we couldn’t be happier with his contol. So far he has
canoed, water-tubed, swam, and camped with his pump. Our biggest
challenge had been sleeping…nothing seemed to please him until I sewed
some pump sized pockets onto his boxers. I know…nothing new…but I
used his "athlete sister’s" worn out sports bras for the fabic. The
spandex keeps his pump snug without a top…it makes it easy for his dad
or I to access it during the night it we need to, also.
Thanks for your previous help,
Patty

Evans Family,
I am really glad everything is working well for Zack. I know the pump
made a big difference in my life. I have now been on it 18 yrs and it
still makes a difference. I am sure the family’s positive attitude and
nature have helped Zack alot with his acceptance. Families are a
wonderful thing when they are supportive. I attribute my longevity with
diab., 42 yrs. to the love and help of my family. Zack will not forget
all your help.

Jan and Gail,
Thank you for your kind responses about Zack and family support. I am
so thankful for the experience and advice from the real heroes in this
battle with diabetes…those of you who have experienced so many
things. Zack is 9 years old….has the most awesome group of friends
who support him at school…hang around his desk at school when he tests
just to be good pals and absolutely treat him like everyone else!
Thanks again…
Patty
